Juliette Gebken-Mayí, APR

With nearly 15 years of experience in public relations and communications, Juliette brings an insider’s understanding of what in-house marketing teams need from a PR partner. Before launching JGM Public Relations, she led high-profile communications initiatives for global brands including Travel + Leisure Co. and Universal Orlando Resort. At Travel + Leisure Co., she developed brand partnerships and consumer activations for Club Wyndham and WorldMark by Wyndham, including a Warner Bros. collaboration that created an Elf-inspired suite generating more than 2 billion earned media impressions and an award-winning National S’mores Day campaign featuring The Sandlot actor Patrick Renna. During her eight years at Universal Orlando Resort, Juliette helped lead PR efforts for more than 30 major guest experience launches, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley and Volcano Bay, and oversaw U.S. Hispanic and Latin American media relations for the destination. Today, she leads JGM Public Relations, partnering with brands and destinations to build visibility, shape conversations, and drive meaningful media coverage.

Amanda Monteleone

Amanda Monteleone is a PR professional with experience across entertainment, celebrity, retail, and travel brands.

She began her career in New York City at Sunshine Sachs, supporting personal publicity for actors including Leonardo DiCaprio and working with brands and organizations such as Spotify, Feeding America, and the Sundance Film Festival.

Amanda later joined EXPRESS, where she led public relations and brand partnership initiatives including the Karlie Kloss x EXPRESS collaboration and the NBA Game Changers campaign. After relocating to Orlando, she joined the PR team at Universal Orlando Resort, leading campaigns for major events and attractions including Halloween Horror Nights and the opening of Jurassic World VelociCoaster.

She later returned to EXPRESS to lead PR and Brand Partnerships, including the brand’s first NIL campaign with former Ohio State quarterback CJ Stroud. Today, she works with clients including Universal Horror Unleashed and Universal Orlando Resort on strategic PR campaigns and brand partnerships.

Jannet Busto

Jannet is a marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience leading integrated marketing and communications campaigns for global brands. Known for her strategy-first approach, she excels at building cross-functional programs that align creative, communications, and business goals.

During her time at Universal Orlando Resort, she led communications planning and creative strategy for major campaigns including Halloween Horror Nights and helped build the destination’s Hispanic marketing platform.

Her career spans multiple industries, including destination marketing, hospitality, and live entertainment. In the touring Broadway industry, she managed national marketing campaigns for theatrical productions. At Baha Mar in the Bahamas, she led hotel marketing and event operations, executing the resort’s first New Year’s Eve concert featuring Dua Lipa and launching its first Celebrity Golf Tournament.

Her experience working across industries and international markets has shaped her adaptable leadership style and strategic approach to marketing.
